Penguin Playground Book List

One of our favorite things to do is curate a book list to go with each of our sensory kits! Here are some of our favorite books that feature penguins. There are stories about winter day adventures, sweet friendships and the life of a penguin!

For readers ages 0-3

Little Penguins is a wonderful story for the littlest readers about penguin siblings who spend a day playing in the snow. It provides opportunities for your child to identify colors and introduces them to quantifying words!

The perfect book to read on a rainy day! Grumpy Pants is the story of a day that starts out grumpy and with a little self-care turns into a cozy day. This books shares how slowing down and taking some deep breaths and practicing mindfulness can help turn any day around!
